Trở mề lại khi mặt trước vừa chín vàng. Bỏ phần còn lại (tim, gan...) vào chảo, nhẹ tay vì còn những phần khá mềm. Đun trên lửa và đảo mặt cho chín đều. Chờ 10-15 phút đến khi bớt nước thịt, bớt dầu là có thể dọn ra đĩa.
Dọn ra đĩa, có thêm một chút tiêu hoặc vài cọng rau hoặc xếp cà chua xung quanh cho đẹp tùy thích. Chúc bạn ngon miệng!
